This Privacy Policy describes how Max Minninna ("I", "me") collects and processes personal data when you visit minninna.com or use the contact form, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

2. Data Collected

Contact form. When you submit an inquiry, I collect your name, email address, selected service, and any message you choose to include. This data is transmitted via Formspree (see Section 5) and used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics data. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymised usage data: pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Technical data. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and referring URL. This data is not linked to your identity and is retained for a maximum of 90 days.

3. Legal Basis

• Contact form data — processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form.
• Analytics data — processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how visitors use the site, with no advertising or profiling purpose.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting professional relationship, and for no longer than 3 years thereafter. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with Google Analytics default settings.

5. Third-Party Processors

Your data may be processed by the following sub-processors, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement:

• Formspree, Inc. (form handling) — privacy policy
• Google LLC (Analytics 4, Tag Manager) — privacy policy
• Netlify, Inc. (hosting) — privacy policy

No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. International Transfers

Formspree and Google are US-based entities. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided under Art. 46 GDPR.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data I hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Restriction — limit how your data is processed
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@minninna.com. I will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Cookies

This site uses:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — to measure site usage anonymously. You may opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out or your browser's cookie settings.

No advertising, social media, or tracking cookies are used.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or site functionality. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
